The invention relates to a novel method for the ceramic coating of a substrate, said method having at least the following steps: i.) providing an alcohol and/or aqueous solution A of a metal alcoholate and/or a metal ester and/or a metal salt, said metal alcoholate and/or metal ester and/or metal salt being made of the metals selected from the list comprising: Al, Ga, Ge, Sn, Ti, Zr, V, Nb, Ta, Mo, W, and Zn; adding a complexing agent to the solution A in order to stabilize same; adding a metal oxide in a powder form, the metal oxide being such oxides of metals selected from the list comprising Al, Ga, Ge, Sn, Ti, Zr, V, Nb, Ta, Mo, W, and Zn; adding a film-forming agent to the solution A; treating the solution with ultrasound in order to produce a slip from the solution A; stirring the thus produced slip; immersing a substrate into the slip in order to form a substrate coating with a thickness of at least 1 μm; holding the substrate to be coated in the slip; drawing the substrate at a specified drawing speed; drying the coated substrate at room temperature; and heat treating the coated substrate in a preheated oven at a temperature of maximally 600°C. |
