abstract Disclosed is a transmitting method for an uplink multi-antenna system open-loop spatial multiplexing. When a user equipment (UE) transmits the information of each codeword via a multi-antenna port, performing open-loop precoding processing on the information having undergone transmission precoding processing; performing frequency domain signal processing on the information having undergone open-loop precoding processing; and converting the information having undergone frequency domain signal processing to a time domain to be transmitted. Also disclosed is a device for uplink multi-antenna system open-loop spatial multiplexing. The solution of the present invention improves the transmission performance of the UE under the uplink multi-antenna system.
