abstract The present invention relates to a polymer electrolyte, and to a lithium secondary battery using same, the polymer electrolyte being configured in a multilayered structure consisting of: a first polymer layer providing mechanical strength against an external force; and a second polymer layer ensuring a conduction path for lithium ions, wherein the first polymer layer includes 0-60 wt % of an organic electrolyte containing ionic salts with respect to the weight of a polymer matrix of the first polymer layer, and the second polymer layer includes 60-400 wt % of the organic electrolyte containing the ionic salts with respect to the weight of a polymer matrix of the second polymer layer.
