abstract | The present invention provides a cell that maintains high reliability of operation over an extended period. This cell is characterized by having: an insulating substrate (10) having a through-hole (12), in which the principal component is alumina; a first metal body (30) in which the principal component is aluminum, joined to one principal face (10A) of the insulating substrate (10) and blocking an opening (12A) of the through-hole (12); a second metal body (40) in which the principal component is aluminum, joined to the other principal face (10B) of the insulating substrate (10) and blocking an opening (12B) of the through-hole (12); and a capacitor body (20) disposed inside the through-hole (12); the first metal body (30) being joined to the one principal face (10A) by an intervening first joining layer (32) in which the principal component is oxygen-containing aluminum; and the second metal body (40) being joined to the other principal face (10B) by an intervening second joining layer (42) in which the principal component is oxygen-containing aluminum. |
