titleOfInvention Loop filtering encoding and decoding methods and devices
abstract Disclosed is a loop filtering encoding method. The method comprises: setting a loop filtering mode for indicating an adopted manner for loop filtering during encoding; generating a parameter set according to the loop filtering mode; and performing encoding according to the generated parameter set. Correspondingly, a loop filtering decoding method, encoder, decoder and an electronic apparatus are further disclosed. The present invention implements the optimization and distribution of the complexity among images during the encoding and decoding, thereby enhancing the compromised performance between the encoder and decoder complexity and the encoding efficiency.
