abstract |
Provided is a polymer micelle pharmaceutical preparation with which multiple dosing in a short amount of time becomes possible by improving the contrast ratio between a tumor site and background shortly after lactosome administration and by preventing the ABC phenomenon. A branched amphipathic block polymer has a hydrophilic block having multiple branches containing sarcosine and a hydrophobic block containing polylactic acid. The branched amphipathic block polymer has a number of branches in the hydrophilic block. The molecular aggregate has the branched amphipathic block polymer. The branched aggregate further has a linear amphipathic block polymer. |
