Provided is a resin composition which has high impact resistance, excellent flame retardancy, excellent heat resistance and excellent long-term thermal aging resistance and which is not easily separated in a molding process. This resin composition contains (A) a polyphenylene ether, (B) a hydrogenated block copolymer which is obtained by hydrogenating a block copolymer that contains a polystyrene block and a conjugated diene compound polymer block and which has a weight average molecular weight of 100,000-500,000 and (C) an organic phosphorus flame retardant, respectively in specific amounts. In the dynamic viscoelasticity spectrum of the resin composition as measured at a frequency of 10 Hz, the peak height of the loss tangent (tan δ) of the component (B) is within a specific range. |
