titleOfInvention | Solar collector |
abstract | The invention relates to a solar collection comprising a collector (K) disposed along the focal line (f) of a mirror surface, expediently a parabolic mirror (10), the collector having a housing (1 ) open at one of its ends with double walls (1 a, 1 b) made from pressure and heat resistant glass, the space enclosed between the walls (1 a, 1 b) being evacuated, and the open end of the housing (1 ) being encompassed from outside in a liquid-tight manner by a cup (4) comprising an inlet pipe stub (6) and an outlet pipe stub (5), the cup (4) being encompassed by a sheath (7) filled with heat- insulation material (8) thereby forming a cap assembly (2). The invention is essentially characterised by that the housing (1 ) is completely filled up with liquid, the cup (4) is connected in a pressure resistant manner to the outer wall (1 a) of the housing (1 ) by resilient sealing rings (3a, 3b) at the open end thereof, and the collector (K) is fixed by a support ring (12) at the closed end of the housing (1 ) such that the collector (K) is capable of axial displacement, while the exterior sheath (7) of the cap assembly (2) is fixed such that it is aligned with the focal line (f). |
