abstract The invention provides a fluorine-containing curable resin capable of imparting excellent anti-fouling performance to a cured film surface and capable of realizing excellent anti-fouling performance, even when cured under an air atmosphere (in the presence of oxygen). The purpose of the invention is to also provide an active energy beam-curable composition and a cured product thereof which use the fluorine-containing curable resin to realize excellent anti-fouling performance, even when cured in an air atmosphere. The fluorine-containing curable resin for realizing this purpose is characterized in that there are poly(perfluoroalkylene ether) chains, maleimide groups, and mercapto groups in the structure of a polymer of a monomer having polymerizable unsaturated groups or a urethane polymer.
