| abstract | The present invention relates to a touch screen terminal and a method for locating an electronic file thereof; the touch screen terminal comprises a setting module, a directory list module, a detection module, a mode switching module, a real-time directory module, a preview module, and a chapter switching module; the method generating a directory list for an electronic file and saving the directory list; detecting screen input in the reading mode of the current chapter of the electronic file; when detecting that a user activates a chapter switching function, entering the chapter switching mode and waiting for the user to input the number of the pre-switched chapter; when detecting that the user inputs the number of the pre-switched chapter, matching the directory items from the saved directory list in real time and displaying the directory items; according to user input or the selected number of the pre-switched chapter, generating a preview of the corresponding chapter and displaying for the user; and when detecting a confirmation of switching operation, switching to the previewed chapter. The present invention is simple to operate, easy to implement, and improves the reading experience. |
