Synthetic peptide capable of inducing expression of type-2 tnf receptor and use thereof |
abstract |
Provided are: a composition for inducing the expression of TNFR2, which contains a peptide having a high activity of inducing the expression of TNFR2 as an active ingredient; and a method for producing a cell that expresses TNFR2 in a selective manner, which utilizes the composition. The method for producing the cell provided according to the present invention comprises: a step of culturing a cell capable of expressing at least one type-2 TNF receptor; and a step of supplying a synthetic peptide comprising a nuclear localization signal sequence (NLS) or a nucleolus localization signal sequence (NoLS) to the cell to increase the expression amount of the type-2 TNF receptor in the cell. |
