abstract | Disclosed is a plane heating element composition comprising: (A) an insulating binder component; (B) a resistant component; and (C) a temperature adjusting component, the plane heating element composition having a temperature coefficient of resistance of 560×10 -6 -40×10 -4 ℃. The plane heating element composition of the present invention enables an accurate temperature adjustment in a specific temperature zone according to the composition ratio of a substance, and enables an autogenous regulation of the electric power and the temperature according to the time, thus, providing a stable plane heating element. Also, the plane heating element of the present invention can be manufactured in the form of being coated on a basic material, thus being very simple in structure, and has an excellent exothermic feature and radiates less heat to the surroundings compared to a conventional heating element, thus enabling an excellent efficiency. |
