abstract |
The invention relates to a dispense interface for use with a drug delivery device with an inner body (5807) and with a lockout element (5800), wherein the lockout element (5800) is coupled to the inner body (5807), wherein the lockout element (5800) is movable from a receptive condition to a locked condition, wherein in the receptive condition the dispense interface (5805) is attachable to the drug delivery device (5815), wherein in the locked condition the dispense interface (5805) is not-attachable to the drug delivery device (5815) and wherein the lockout element (5800) is configured to move from the receptive condition to the locked condition when said dispense interface (5805) is attached to and detached from said drug delivery device (5815). The invention solves the technical problem of reducing the risk of reuse of a dispense interface (5805), after it has already been used with a drug delivery device (5815). The invention furthermore relates to an apparatus with a dispense interface (5805) according to the invention and with a drug delivery device (5815), wherein the dispense interface (5805) is removably attached to the drug delivery device (5815). |
