abstract |
Provided is a glass substrate exhibiting excellent anti-reflective properties. A glass substrate having a plurality of concaves and convexes on at least one surface, wherein: the size (Rp) of the convexes is between 37 nm and 200 nm; the tilt angle (θp) representing the maximum frequency in a frequency distribution of the tilt angle (θ) of the convexes is between 20° and 75°; the absolute value of the difference (θp- θ 50 ) between θp and θ 50 is 30° or less when θ 50 represents a value representing 50% of the tilt angle (θ) in a cumulative frequency distribution; and the concaves and convexes have a surface roughness (Ra) between 2 nm and 100 nm, a maximum difference (P-V) in height between 35 nm and 400 nm, and an area ratio (S-ratio) in which the observation area is subtracted from the area containing the concaves and convexes between 1.1 and 3.0. |
