abstract The present invention relates to a 4-(substituted phenylamino)quinazoline derivative and a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition and a use thereof. In particular, the present invention relates to a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, wherein R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are as defined in the specification and claims. The present invention further relates to a method for preparing the compound of formula I, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound and pharmaceutical uses of the compound and pharmaceutical composition. The compounds of formula I according to the present invention are potent irreversible inhibitors of tyrosine kinases.
