titleOfInvention Cosmetic material for sunscreen
abstract Provided is a cosmetic material for sunscreen capable of effectively protecting against both UVB and UVA, giving fresh and cool feeling, having excellent stability, and forming a film with superior effect of protection against ultraviolet rays when applied. The cosmetic material for sunscreen of the present invention is characterized by containing (a) an aqueous dispersion of an oil-soluble ultraviolet ray absorber and (b)agar microgel. It is preferable that the aqueous dispersion of the oil-soluble ultraviolet ray absorber be an aqueous dispersion of a composite particle of bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine and an organic polymer. It is preferable that methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol and nonvolatile dimethicone be further added.
