abstract |
The present invention provides: a novel polyimide containing a diamine component having a fluorene backbone that includes a sulfonic acid group or a derivative thereof; and a novel polyimide polymer electrolyte membrane containing the polyimide as the principal component thereof, and having properties (for example, a good balance between methanol permeation resistance and proton conductivity) based on the polyimide. This polyimide contains a constitutional unit (P) that is represented by formula (1). This polyimide polymer electrolyte membrane contains this polyimide as the principal component thereof. |
