Power control unit |
abstract |
This power control unit is mounted in a hybrid vehicle, and controls power for moving the vehicle. The power control unit is provided with: a PCU case (50) which has a lid (51), and in which an opening (53) that opens to the lid (51) is formed; a terminal block (61) which is housed in the PCU case (50), and which is positioned so as to face the opening (53); and a base plate (70) which is housed in the PCU case (50), and upon which an electronic component (84) is mounted. The terminal block (61) has a wall section (62). The wall section (62) is positioned between the base plate (70) and the opening (53), and extends toward the lid (51) around the opening surface of the opening (53). Such a configuration enables a more compact and lower cost power control unit that minimizes the penetration of foreign materials to be provided. |
