titleOfInvention Effect of borrelidin for controlling soybean phytophthora root rot
abstract The present invention discloses the use of borrelidin for controlling soybean phytophthora root rot. The present invention also discloses the formulations and preparation methods of borrelidin seed coating and wettable powder. Borrelidin exhibits significant effect on Phytophthora sojae. As compared with the fungicide metalaxyl which is used for controlling soybean phytophthora root rot, in the test of inhibiting mycelial growth, the composition of the present invention has 1/62 IC 50 and 1/263 IC 95 of metalazyl respectively. In the test of house plant, the seed coating and wettable powder have significant controlling effect on soybean phytophthora root rot.
