titleOfInvention Amphiphilic pha-mpeg copolymer nanocontainers for drug delivery
abstract The present invention relates to nanocontainers for drug delivery. More particularly, the present invention relates to amphiphilic PHA-mPEG copolymer nanocontainers in which a hydrophilic mPEG portion surrounds a hydrophobic PHA core. The PHA-mPEG nanoparticles of the present invention enable drugs to be safely delivered without any significant toxicity to threaten the survival of cells, and to be stably dispersed in an aqueous solution. Thus, the nanoparticles can be advantageously used as a drug delivery system.
