The present invention relates to a system for denitrifying exhaust gas, and more particularly, to a system for denitrifying exhaust gas having a noise-damping structure, in which a denitrification reaction and noise-damping are enabled by a reactor to thus reduce the overall size of the system, a large through-hole area may be ensured while maintaining a contact area between the exhaust gas and a catalyst, to thus minimize differential pressure while improving noise-damping effects, a denitrification reaction occurs prior to a noise-damping operation to thus improve denitrifying efficiency, and a pressure drop of the exhaust gas may be minimized to improve engine efficiency. |
