abstract |
Provided is an electrically conductive composition that is relatively inexpensive and exhibits satisfactory adhesive properties and electrical conductivity. The electrically conductive composition includes: (A) flaky silver-coated particles which are selected from the group consisting of silver-coated ceramic particles, silver-coated glass particles and silver-coated aluminum particles, have a volume-average particle diameter (D50) of 1-10 μm when measured by a laser-light scattering technique, have an average thickness (T) of 0.3-10 μm when measured using a scanning electron microscope, and having an aspect ratio (T/D50) of 0.3-1.0; (B) a thermosetting resin; and (C) a setting agent. Also provided is a die-bonding agent comprising the electrically conductive composition. |
