Microfluidic extraction device having a stabilized liquid/liquid interface |
abstract |
The invention relates to a microfluidic extraction device (1) for extracting analytes of interest from a carrier liquid (P) in a solvent liquid (S), the two liquids (P, S) forming an interface (2) between micro-pillars (32) of an extraction chamber (30). According to the invention, the carrier liquid (P) forms a wetting angle Θ1 on the micro-pillars (31) and the lower wall (11) of the extraction chamber on the one hand, and a wetting angle Θ2 on the upper wall (21) on the other hand, said wetting angles complying with the relation 45°≤(Θ1+Θ2)/2≤135°. |
