titleOfInvention Transparent acoustically active device
abstract The invention relates to an acoustically active device (1) comprising a substrate (2) that is transparent at least in a viewing region, comprising at least one first electrode (3) that lies on the substrate (2), comprising a piezoelectric layer (4) that lies on the at least one first electrode (3), and comprising at least one second electrode (5) that lies on the piezoelectric layer (4). The at least one first electrode (3) and the at least one second electrode (5) are transparent conductive oxide layers, and the piezoelectric layer (4) is made of a transparent piezoelectric material that extends over the entire surface of the viewing region.
