abstract The invention relates to a device (100, 200) for the treatment of fluids by means of magnetic induction, for the molecular transformation thereof. The device comprises: a) a zone (110, 210) through which the fluid (30) to be treated flows, b) a zone (110-130, 210-230) for housing a material that induces a magnetic field, and c) a separator wall (120, 220). According to the invention, the magnetic material comprises a mixture (10) of sawdust and earths, such as magnetite, haematite and limonite. Said mixture (10) is confined to a receptacle, forming a magnetic inductor. The induced magnetic field triggers the precipitation of salts which are removed, as well as the formation of desired compounds and functional groups that enrich the fluid. The device is suitable for the treatment of water for human consumption or irrigation water, for fuels, etc.
