abstract The invention relates to bioengineering and to the production of novel probiotic preparations on the basis of bacteria of the genus Bacillus which can be used for the prophylaxis and treatment of infectious diseases in humans and dysbioses of various etiology: chronic tuberculosis, inter alia that caused by XDR ТВ microbacteria with a broad medicinal tolerance, intestinal infections, nosocomial surgical infections, candidosis and dysbiosis. The biopreparation for the prophylaxis and treatment of infectious diseases and dysbioses of various etiology comprises a living microbial mass of the strains Bacillus subtilis, VKPM (Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms) В-8611 and Bacillus licheniformis VKPM (Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms) B-8610, and additionally comprises filtrates of living cultures of the strains Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis and a lectin-binding substance consisting of a supernatant of a cultured liquid of a living microbial mass of the strain Lactobacillus fermentum 90 TS-4(21) with a molecular mass of greater than 20 kDa.
