abstract Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are a method of transmitting signals and device thereof, capable of effectively inhibiting out of band interference with a simple method. The method of the present invention comprising: dividing sub-carriers into spectrum edge sub-carriers and non-spectrum edge sub-carriers; obtaining the modulation symbol of the data on the sub-carrier by pre-coding the data to be transmitted, wherein the pre-coding enables every two adjacent spectrum edge sub-carriers to carry a pair of modulation symbols with opposite polarities, and each sub-carrier of the non-spectrum edge carriers carries a non-polar modulation signal; and transmitting the modulation symbol of the data on the sub-carrier. The embodiments of the present invention are mainly used during signal transmission.
