titleOfInvention | Method for the automated production consisting of a molecular layer of amphiphilic molecules and a device for producing said molecular layer |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for the automated production of a molecular layer consisting of amphiphilic molecules, in particular lipids for a bilipidic membrane, in a molecular layer support device comprising a support layer for supporting the molecular layer, a rotation element which can be rotated above the carrier substrate, and an actuation device which can automatically rotate the rotation element. Said rotation element comprises an outer surface which is hydrophobic at least in sections. Said method consists of the following steps: a first solution which contains amphiphilic molecules is applied to a region above the support substrate; the rotation element is automatically rotated above the support substrate; the first solvent is moved above the support substrate by the interaction of the rotating rotation element with the first solvent, thus forming the molecular layer. The invention also relates to a corresponding molecular layer support device. |
