abstract The invention relates to a method for obtaining data that can be used for the early-stage diagnosis of diseases accompanied by intestinal ischemic necrosis in humans and, in particular, necrotizing enterocolitis, as well for evaluating the response to the treatment of said diseases. The invention can be used to establish a specific individual recognition pattern (qualitative and quantitative) which is different depending on the stage of the disease and which is modified post-treatment, allowing groups of patients to be established, as well as early diagnosis. The invention also relates to a kit comprising the means necessary for carrying out the aforementioned method.
