The present invention relates to a RNA aptamer for teiocoic acid in staphylococcus aureus, and more particularly, to a RNA aptamer that specifically binds the teiocoic acid in staphylococcus aureus, which is useful for detecting the teiocoic acid in staphylococcus aureus, a primary cause for food poisoning, etc., by having a base sequence of sequence number 1, in which the hydroxyl group of uracil (U) and cytosine (C) are substituted with a fluoro group, which can prevent rotting of food products by specifically binding to and suppressing the activity of the teiocoic acid in staphylococcus aureus, and which is useful for preventing and treating a disease selected from a group consisting of staphylococcal pneumonia, septicemia, osteomyelitis, staphylococcal enteritis, food poisoning, staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome (SSSS), and toxic shock syndrome (TSS). |
