abstract The present invention provides an antimicrobial peptide polymer comprising one or more monomers cut by pepsin, an antimicrobial peptide multiblock copolymer in which a cell surface expression mother body is connected to the polymer and an antimicrobial microorganism expressing the same, an antimicrobial composition containing the same, a method for treating infectious diseases caused by bacteria, yeast or fungi by administering the antimicrobial composition, and a method for preparing antimicrobial microorganisms. According to the present invention, antimicrobial activity appears by directly administering a microorganism expressing an antimicrobial peptide on the surface of cells into a living body without need for cell disruption or the separation and purification of an antimicrobial peptide for producing an antimicrobial peptide, and thus the production cost of antimicrobial peptides is remarkably lowered to induce the widespread use of antimicrobial peptides.
