Nonaqueous electrolyte and electrochemical element using same |
abstract |
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a nonaqueous electrolyte and an electrochemical element that uses the nonaqueous electrolyte, which are capable of improving electrochemical properties in a wide range of temperatures. [Solution] The nonaqueous electrolyte and electrochemical element are characterized in that: in the nonaqueous electrolyte obtained by dissolving an electrolyte salt in a nonaqueous solvent, the nonaqueous solvent contains 0.1 to 30 percent by volume of cyclic carbonates having fluorine atoms; and the nonaqueous electrolyte contains 0.001 to 5 percent by mass of a branched dinitrile compound having 2 to 4 carbon atoms which are the backbone of an alkylene chain linking two nitrile groups. |
