abstract The invention relates to pharmaceutics and medicine, more specifically to a wound-healing, burn-treating, regenerative and antiviral pharmaceutical composition for topical application, and can be used as a topically applied agent in dermatology, venereology, ophthalmology, etc. for treating lesions of the skin and mucous membranes caused by burns, herpesviruses, chlamydiae, mycoplasmas, etc., as well as in the comprehensive preventive treatment of the aforesaid diseases and for promoting the regeneration of post-operative wounds. According to the invention, the main active ingredients of the composition are papaverine, bendazol and insulin. The agent can be produced in the form of a soft or liquid dosage form or an aerosol. The composition in ointment form can be produced industrially in sufficient amounts on account of the availability of all of the ingredients of the composition.
