abstract | The present invention relates to an asphalt composition for protecting electronic parts, a preparation method thereof, and an electronic unit comprising the same. More specifically, the invention provides an asphalt composition for protecting electronic parts which comprises blown asphalt, petroleum wax or lion wax, and inorganic filler. The asphalt composition of the invention: provides water resistance and dust resistance to electronic parts; improves a heat radiation property, thereby improving the safety and durability of electronic products as a result; prevents force from being applied to electronic parts in which heating and cooling are repeated; and has an excellent effect of protecting electronic parts due to an excellent fixation property. |
