abstract | The embodiment of the present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communication, and particularly to a method, a system and a device for determining SNPL, so as to solve the problem existing in the prior art, that changes to neighborhood lists calculated by SNPL cannot be realized from the network side, which leads to a relatively low utilization rate of system resources and loss of throughput when the ROT control is performed according to the SNPL from the network side. The method in the embodiment of the present invention comprises: first instruction information on all neighborhoods with the same frequency as a terminal and second instruction information on all neighborhoods with different frequencies than the terminal are determined from the network side; the first instruction information and the second instruction information determined are sent to the terminal from the network side, to instruct the terminal to determine the SNPL according to the first instruction information and the second instruction information. Because the neighborhood list calculated by the SNPL can be changed from the network side, the utilization rate of system resources can be increased and the loss of throughput can be reduced when the ROT control is performed according to the SNPL from the network side. |
