abstract A mobile station device processes uplink control information in which uplink resources are effectively utilized during transmission of the uplink control information. A plurality of ACK/NACK sequences is generated by interleaving and dividing ACKs/NACKs for each of a plurality of cells in each of a plurality of subframes, and the ACK/NACK sequences are separately encoded. The plurality of ACKs/NACKs and a scheduling request are also interleaved together.
