The present invention relates to a novel iturin biosynthesis gene, and a use thereof. More specifically, the present invention provides a novel iturin biosynthesis gene, wherein the iturin biosynthesis gene was cloned from Bacillus subtilis subsp. krictiensis (ATCC 55079), the base sequence was determined after checking whether the cloned gene is an iturin biosynthesis gene or not, and it was ascertained that the identified gene is a novel gene different from the reported gene by comparing the base sequence with that of the reported gene, and a use thereof. |
