titleOfInvention Electrode and manufacturing method thereof
abstract An electrode and the manufacturing method thereof are provided. The electrode includes a generally flat patterned thin metal film.The thin metal film is disposed for incidence light transmission by the said thin metal film. A patterned thin metal film included in the electrode is generally flat and set for incidence light transmission. The employment of the patterned thin metal film can avoid using a thicker transparent conductive oxide (TCO) film when the electrode used for photovoltaic or photoelectric application is manufactured. Therefore the high conductivity and the high transmissivity are guaranteed.
