abstract A method and device for interference rejection combination are disclosed in the invention. The method includes: dividing pilot sub-carriers of each resource block in the signals received by each antenna into pilot groups respectively (S102); performing cross-correlation operation for the pilot groups composed of the pilot sub-carriers in the same position of the identical resource block of different antennas, and obtaining components of each element of an interference and noise correlation matrix (S104); obtaining all the elements based on the components of each element (S106); performing interference rejection combination for the data sub-carriers of each antenna using the interference and noise correlation matrix (S108). The estimation precision of the interference and noise correlation matrix is improved according to the invention.
