Resin composition for injection molding, injection molded foam article, and method for producing injection molded foam article |
abstract |
Disclosed is a resin composition for injection molding, which contains: 70-90 parts by weight of a propylene polymer resin (I) that as an MFR of 30 g/10 min or more but less than 200 g/10 min as determined at a temperature of 230°C in accordance with ASTM D-1238; 5-25 parts by weight of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (II) that has a melt tension as determined at 160°C (MS 160 ) of at least 50 mN but no more than 300 mN; and 5-25 parts by weight of an olefin polymer resin (III) that has a density of 850-930 kg/m 3 (inclusive) as determined in accordance with JIS K6760 and a melt tension as determined at 160°C (MS 160 ) of less than 30 mN (provided that (I) + (II) + (III) = 100 parts by weight). This resin composition provides an injection molded article that has excellent impact strength at low temperatures and is free from the occurrence of flow marks. |
