abstract Disclosed is an airless pump mechanism provided with a container main body (1), a bottom member (2) movable in the up/down direction, a cover body (3), a bush (4), and a coil spring (5) for biasing the bush. During a filling operation, a standing piece (3a) of the cover body (3) is locked with a hanging piece (4b) of the bush (4), and the bottom member (2) is maintained at a lower side initial position against the upwardly biasing force by the coil spring (5). A content is filled in the container main body (1) and a pump unit is attached to a cylindrical neck portion (1f), and thereafter, when the cover body (3) is rotated relative to the container main body (1), the relative positions of the standing piece (3a) and the hanging piece (4b) in the circumferential direction are displaced to release the locked state, and thus, the content can be discharged.
