abstract | The primary purpose of the present invention is to improve the adhesion reliability of supporting materials and sealing materials in solar cells.nThe present invention achieves this purpose by providing a solar cell having: a transparent resin substrate; a photoelectric conversion device formed on that transparent resin substrate; an inorganic layer for adhesion formed so as to go around the periphery of the photoelectric conversion device on the transparent resin substrate from that photoelectric conversion device; an adhesive layer disposed on the inorganic layer for adhesion; and a sealing substrate having an inorganic barrier layer disposed on that adhesive layer. The solar cell is also characterized by the transparent resin substrate with the photoelectric conversion device and the inorganic layer for adhesion formed thereon being bonded with the inorganic barrier layer of the sealing substrate through the adhesive layer. |
