abstract |
Provided are an orally administered composition having the effect of improving serum lipids, and a food/beverage composition. The orally administered composition having the effect of improving serum lipids and the food/beverage composition according to the present invention contain less than or equal to 2.0% by weight of a DHA ethyl ester composition containing greater than or equal to 75% by weight of DHA ethyl ester. Preferably, the content of the DHA ethyl ester composition is less than or equal to 1.2% by weight. Preferably, substantially no DHA ethyl ester composition containing less than or equal to 30% by weight of DHA ethyl ester is contained. |
