abstract The present invention relates to an oil-water separation device for removing marine oil spills, comprising: an oil-water separator (2) which separates the polluted water flowing in through an inlet (2s) into the oil and water and discharges water; a supply pipe (10) connected to the inlet (2a) and an intake (7) for collecting the oil, coupled to the end of the supply pipe (10); n oil collection tank (3) which is provided at the upper portion of the oil-water separator (2) in such a way that the lower portion thereof communicates with an oil supply hole (31) formed at the upper portion of the oil-water separator (2), and has a sealed buoyancy room (4) formed at the upper end; an upper sensor (34) and a lower sensor (35) which are provided at the upper and lower portions of the oil collection tank (3) and operate by the inflow of air, water and oil; a vent pipe (38) which is coupled to an air outlet (36) formed at the upper end of the oil collection tank (3), and has an air pump (39) provided in the middle portion to discharge the air into the atmosphere; and an oil pipe (40) which is coupled to an oil outlet (37) formed in the middle of the oil collection tank (3), has an oil pump (41) provided in the middle portion, and sends the collected oil to an oil tank, land or a ship.
