Provided are a column filler, a separation column, an analysis device and an analysis method, each of which can shorten the time required for analysis without failing the separation of multi-component amino acids. Disclosed are: a filler comprising a core part and a shell part, wherein the core part comprises a styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer having a crosslinking degree of 50% or more and the shell part comprises a styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer having a crosslinking degree of 20% or less; a separation column which utilizes the filler; a high performance liquid chromatographic analysis device and an analysis method, each of which utilizes the separation column. |
