abstract | The present invention relates to modified nucleotides and to a real-time polymerase reaction using same, and particularly, to nucleotides linked to a fluorescent substance, to a composition containing same for a real-time polymerase reaction, to an analysis kit, and to a method for analysis. According to the present invention, by chemically modifying nucleotides, which are a polymerase reaction substrate, so as to impart the function of fluorescent signal generation in addition to the substrate function, there is no need to make a probe, thus providing cost effectiveness; and the nucleotides can easily be applied to various real-time polymerase reactions such as PCR, RCA, and isothermal polymer reactions, so as to provide significantly higher analysis performance than that of existing methods. |
