An end portion is integral with the sidewall and positioned at the first end of the elongated handle, the end portion enclosing the first end of the elongated handle. A first attachment structure is integral with the second end of the elongated handle. A hollow needle is connected to a hub having an end point, wherein the end point has a second attachment structure engageable with the first attachment structure to connect the hub to the second end of the elongated handle. |
