abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for rapidly and accurately measuring the concentration of bioethanol in an alcohol culture medium by applying a dichromate oxidation method. The measurement method of the present invention comprises the following steps: (1) extracting ethanol from an alcohol culture medium with tri-n-butylphosphate, an extraction solvent; and (2) measuring the concentration of ethanol with respect to the extracted ethanol by a dichromate oxidation method. |
