Nucleic acid analyzer and nucleic acid analysis method |
abstract |
A device for analyzing a nucleic acid via the optical detection of nucleic acid extension, comprising: a dispenser for supplying a substrate for complementary strand synthesis to a nucleic acid sample; a reaction part holding a reaction solution containing a luciferase, which reacts with a product formed by the complementary strand synthesis and induces light emission, and an enzyme digesting the substrate for complementary strand synthesis; and a rotating mechanism which is positioned between the dispenser and the reaction part and rotates a sample holder so that the plane of the sample holder facing the dispenser turns to face the reaction part. |
