abstract |
The purpose is to provide a transgenic rice plant in which an antibody is accumulated in rice in a water-soluble form, and to provide a method for producing an antibody with high efficiency utilizing the transgenic rice plant. A nanoantibody is expressed utilizing a rice plant expression system, and it is unexpectedly found that the nanoantibody is accumulated in rice in a water-soluble form. It is also found that the nanoantibody retains heat stability and stability when solubilized. |
